Do you notice any change in your allergies at this time of year? Here are a few obvious and not so obvious triggers:
1) Real Christmas Tree: This may be an obvious one but I know too many people who continue to suffer for the good of the holiday. You really don’t have to and make sure to do your research on which trees are best for your allergies. We have even done a birch tree with some great lights and ornaments.
2) Artificial Tree: People may be surprised that they are even sensitive to the different kinds of synthetic material.
3) Home cooking: As tempting as all those goodies are that you share, remember that gluten and eggs can be a real trigger. You never now what type of contamination is happening in the kitchen at this time of year.
